Privacy

Short, because there is little to say. Screenwar collects the minimum needed to run a board where people buy squares, and nothing for advertising or analytics.

Who is responsible

WIPIER Ludovic, entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), 14 rue Jean-Baptiste Quintin, 78200 Soindres, France. Contact: contact@zkysolutions.com.

What is stored, and why

Email address
Collected by Stripe at your first purchase. It is your account — there is no signup form and no password. Kept so you can be recognised on a new device and contacted about a listing.
Stripe customer ID
A reference that links your account to your payments.
Card fingerprint
A short code Stripe derives from your card. It is not the card number and cannot be turned back into one. It exists so one person cannot dodge the one-move-per-minute limit by opening many accounts.
Your listings
Ticker, destination link, colour, stake, and the record of every move. Public by design.
Session cookie
One cookie, strictly necessary to keep you signed in. Only a hash of it is stored. No tracking or advertising cookie is set.
Server logs
IP address, date and page requested, kept by the web server for security and debugging.

Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are never stored here and never reach this server. They are entered on Stripe's own pages.

On what basis

  • Your email, payment reference and listings: needed to perform the contract you entered when buying coins.
  • The card fingerprint and server logs: legitimate interest in preventing abuse and keeping the service running.
  • The session cookie: strictly necessary, which is why no consent banner is shown.

Who else sees it

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to what it collects.
  • OVH — hosting, in France.
  • Google Safe Browsing — the destination link of a listing is checked against it. No personal data is sent.

Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

How long

  • Account and listings: while your account exists, then deleted on request.
  • Payment records: kept as long as accounting rules require.
  • Sessions: expire after six months, or immediately when revoked.
  • Server logs: rotated by the host.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@zkysolutions.com.

Deleting your account removes your email, payment reference and card fingerprint. It does not refund coins, and it does not remove a listing already published — see the terms.

If you believe your data is mishandled, you may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
